remove broken gh settings #302

Removes settings that are not in sync anymore and managed via UI now. Related to fix broken translation-sync as required status checks were moved out from the master branch protection to the new GH ruleset rule.

As this is a private repo, branch protection and rulesets are not working on the current plan... removed
