the docker builds cannot work with eos

User story:

As an admin I want to use the docker image of ocis-reva to start a storageprovider with the eos / eoshome driver.

Currently, the ocis-reva docker builds do not contain the necessary binaries. We need to switch to centos or find another way to make the eos and xrdcopy cli tools available in the container ...

other options:

• the eosgrpc driver might make the eos binary unnecessary.
• upleads can be done using plain http, but we need to find out how to configure eos to authenticate theso requests and when reva supports uploads via http
• point the readme to the ocis docker-compose.yml
