loading document exception: Access denied, 403 #521

I can't open files in the cloud. At the same time, I can create new files and see a list of them, but when I open it, it says “could not connect to the document.” Owncloud – ver 10.13.1.23 coolwsd - ver 23.05.4.2-1 PHP 7.4.3

I think I ran in the same problem as you. My richdocuments app got updated to 4.0.0 and became unavailable to connect to the latest collabora/code:23.05.4.2.1 docker version. I had to revert to richdocuments 3.0.0 to make it work.

After much experimentation I was able to run coolwsd - ver 23.05.4.2-1 only on ownCloud version 10.10.0, all versions above do not work.

Thanks, I guess the richdocuments version is 3.0.0 in ownCloud 10.10.0 ?

Latest richdocuments and ownCloud 10.10.0

Thanks, in my case it does work with ownCloud 10.12.2.1 and richdocuments 3.0.0, but not richdocuments 4.0.0

Thanks for reporting the issue. It is being investigated, current hypothesis is that it happens on certain proxy setups. Will keep you updated here with progress.

is fixed in upcoming 4.1.0. Bug related to format of fileid attached to token depending on database driver returning type.
