[QA] documentation not linked from admin settings search

Seen with search_elastic 2.1.0 RC1

• admin enables app search_elastic
• admin naviagates to the search settings
• The heading has no i that would link to the documentation.

Expected behaviour

• there is a little i next to the heading
• and there is a go to link e.g. pointing to https://doc.owncloud.com/server/10.9/admin_manual/configuration/search/
