General performance tests #150

This PR will:

update owncloud smashbox to cernbox smashbox
handling general performance test unified for more synchronisation clients
suitable for more complex test runs and remote database reporting
adds influxdb and graphite database support.
Is independent component from smashbox and should not impact other fuctionalities, only add new

Please verify if this not breaks anything in Jenkins etc

@DeepDiver1975 can you verify whether the new tests would run automatically if we merge this, with the risk of it taking much longer ? Maybe need to split these perf tests from CI and only run them manually.
