This PR removes function theAdministratorSetsTheLastLoginDateForUserToDaysAgoUsingTheTestingApi() as it is added in featureContext. This PR is half of PR https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/36773 On top of : https://github.com/owncloud/testing/pull/132
