[tests-only] Run core acceptance test in CI #164

Description

This PR runs core acceptance test on CI

This is supposed to be only Proof-of-Concept. The testing app drone starlark has code that knows how to do this. We want to add that code into core drone starlark so that it can do this directly in core, and we could do it in a core cron nightly (or weekly) job.

It is just only a POC
