Part of issue https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/39134 and https://github.com/owncloud/QA/issues/687

and for the latest .drone.star code from activity app.

Note: IMO this should be OK to bump the PHP version to 7.3 in composer.json. Even if we run tests against old releases of oC10 like 10.6 10.7 10.8, those releases all work with PHP 7.3 and PHP 7.4. I don't see any reason to run tests against those with PHP 7.2.
