Basically the same request. I need to force users to use TOTP within OwnCloud (but only user I select - i.e. not admin users). The enhancements talked about above cover what we would need here, and it looks like a lot of the ground work has been done as well.

@andrewjones216 Maybe after this issue https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/30169 resolved, it can make easier this enhancement.
