Seen with core 10.13.0-alpha.1 and twofactor_totp-0.8.0

At the bottom, the texts "Cancel login" and "ownCloud - a safe home for all your data" will overlap, if the browser window is reduced in height. BAD
Same with German translations. "Anmelden abbrechen" and "ownCloud - ein sicherer Speicherplatz für deine ganzen Daten"
Tested in firefox and chrome, seen in both. BAD.

Also, the login name should be shown, so that there is no confusion, what is going on.
