AC/DC? #1

This is AC to AC (only), right? I assume so cause there is talk of 200kHz in the README. I am sure that for electronics connoisseurs, this will be obvious. but for me (a technician, but not knowledgeable in electronics) it is no. Would it maybe make sense to specify it in the README?

200 kHz is the switching frequency of the converter so it's not related to DC vs AC.

The TWIST board is made of two current-bidirectional step down (half-bridges or "legs") which are each meant for DC/DC conversion.
