Allow settings page to be locked via password/pin #9

Can imagine configuring this app on field devices - but not wanting the end user to see the settings page or be allowed to screw up the connection settings etc.

Effectively make it read-only in terms of config - once initially setup.

We are working on setting up all config values from a server (see the grayed Lookup button).

This has been implemented and is complete (if as yet undocumented).
