OwnTracks is no longer on Twitter; we abandoned it for "reasons". We are on the Fediverse at https://fosstodon.org/@owntracks

Would be nice to have this replaced in the Frontend version popup.

I'll fix this later today. (and look into updating dependencies and making another release - it's been a while 😅)

I did a search and replace of Twitter -> Mastodon and may have butchered some of the translations in the process :)
