This adds packaging for CentOS 6,7,8. Further, packaging now takes the version tag from the version.h file.
What I can tell is that I haven't been able to make packaging/etc/owntracks-cli-publisher.env part of the .rpm package yet. So, that detail should go into the documentation somehow. Can I humbly ask you to test the package and add this to the documentation, @jpmens?
