I have no idea in regard of jubeat festo files, I've noticed that jubeat prop's .bin files are pretty simple with how they work; the header contains all information about the files inside, which are offsets, sizes (in bytes) and file names. Then I gather this information and extract the files from bin file.

If you're looking forward to extract Jubeat files, I recommend you checking out the Gitadora tools such as this repo: https://github.com/littlecxm/gitadora-textool as my tool, even though it extracts the files, it cannot handle the TDXT format found inside. No clue about festo, but up to Jubeat Clan, gitadora tools seemed to work.
