Re-enable Hoppy for next release #25

Hoppy support has been disabled for v4.0. In order to re-enable it, 880d94aaa74f7b1b75f6d6c6cbe1a94787577ad3 has to be reverted.

But first https://github.com/owtf/ptp/issues/20 has to be fixed.

Nevermind, Hoppy can be re-enabled right now since the new release has been published.
