inaccurate error message for last payment date #3

error message when given invalid date input states that dates should be of reasonable value from "2010 to today", but user can still input a date before 2010 and the application will accept it

Team's Response

The example is just set as a reference so that users dont put some random date from the 1st century. It is also mentioned in our user guide the exact range of values accepted.
