Confusion around "Collapsing Columns Responsively" #49

You motivate this well but then follow with a screen shot where the green + is in a row while I thought this was about columns. And I didn't see any collapse when I shrank my browser window.

Add an example which creates a table that is definitely too wide to display on any monitor. Think about better terminology than "collapsing columns" - potentially "Display Datatables Responsively".

Don't need a screenshot if there's a table that is guaranteed to be too wide!
