Merge the top level navigation with second level navigation #40

The current top level navigation (University | Amenities) should always remain visible. When a collection is returned (from a search or by selecting a category under University or Amenities), Filters should be added to the navigation: (University | Amenities | Filters). The behaviour of Filters is unchanged.

Amenities in maps.ox should be secondary and viewed in relation to University poi's, so when you are looking at a University collection, browsing amenities should not change the map view. This is the default behaviour of checkbox amenities (atm's etc). Consider changing all amenities to checkboxes, and rely on clicking on the poi marker to bring up detail view for those amenities where people care about the details (pubs, restaurants, etc).
