sort function checks if child id is same as primary place id #69

@tkoterwas the ordering is correct but it looks a bit weird depending on the POI as the building might not be the first element of the list if multiple Things occupy the same building... needs to be discussed further.

there are cases where the primary place is not a child - ie all colleges. Is this down to merging in the api or not including it as a child in oxpoints?
