Always show the thing one is looking at as a primary marker #76

This adds the current object as the first poid in the detail view, and starts counting them from 0, not 1. The 0 marker is then replaced with a font-awesome sign-in icon to signify that that's the way in.

This will mean that the thing we're looking at is always the most obvious marker on the map.

Closes #75.

Just noticed that http://localhost:8000/#/places/oxpoints:32330517 puts "undefined" in the marker text. Hmmm

That commit sorts the 'undefined' issue.

Hang on for a bit on this one. I've just heard back from Estates and the Access Team who have said we shouldn't be hasty…
