Order of tables in the 'View, Edit, and Query Data' page is apparently random #664

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the 'View, Edit, and Query Data' page in a databse
2. Observe that the tables are not listed in alphabetical order
3. If you've got 20+ tables, spend ages hunting for the one you need

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Could we just list all of the tables alphabetically? A user complained about 
this to me today, hence I'm putting this in as high priority.
