Filtering results does not set records viewed back to 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a table with more than a hundred records
2. Enter a number greater than 100 into the 'go to records' box
3. Filter the table with a condition that will return only a handful of records
4. See a blank results page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
WHen someone applies a filter to the editing view, the number entered into the 
'go to records' box is not reset - hence the user ends up viewing the filtered 
results from record no. xxxx onwards. This ofter results in seeing no records 
at all - which can of course be very misleading! When a filter is applied to 
the editing screen, the view should be reset to list results from the first 
record onwards.
