When filtering Time fields, a pop-up calendar appears #705

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to apply a filter to a field with the Time data type
2. Wonder why ORDS presents you with a pop-up calendar
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The same calendar appears when filtering on Date fields and Time fields. This 
is helpful for the former; less so for the latter.
