View, Edit, and Query Data page does not say which database you're looking at #706

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the View, Edit, and Query Data page for a database
2. Search in vain for any reference to which database this pertains to
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect there to be some indication on there somewhere of which database 
(and ideally also which version) I'm looking at. 

One place to put this information would be in the breadcrumb trail. This has 
the project name, but not the database name. (The breadcrumb trail _does_ 
contain the database name when you're on the database page - but the name 
changes to 'Database details' once you naviagate away from there.)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
