Documentation for connecting to Access via ODBC needs warning about non-numeric primary keys #791

Under certain circumstances, data viewed in Access via an ODBC connection can appear as deleted - see issue #779 for details.

This seems to be caused by primary keys with the data type 'text'. The problem is easily fixed by changing this to 'varchar'. This needs specifying in the documentation.
