Distance kernels #15

Implements kernels using distance over the earth surface rather than using latitude/longitude in the kernels.

Implements using exponential quadratic, or Matern family of kernels. Selected using an argument to run_cori.r, and modifying the base cori-gp-immi.stan file. Saves results in an appropriately named file
