Fix removal of 7 days of cases #19

We remove the last 7 days of cases (data accuracy) and so effectively only predict 14 days into the future (not 21). Could this number be made smaller?

Yes currently at 3-4 days seems ok. Not much we can do beyond this I think, without better data.
