• [x] report cases per 100k to 1 significant digit

• [x] exceedance probability 0 (white) should be at .5, while Rt 0 (white) should be at 1. (the color on map seems correct, but the white on colorbar seems at wrong place. e.g. for Rt it's around 1.2, and for exceedance prob it's around 0.4.
