Evaluation of Gaussian approximation of Poisson

Simulation experiment to determine the quality of inference when using the Gaussian approximation of Poisson that we are using.

• simulate single area data with a given fixed Rt trajectory
• compute posterior under our stage 1 model, and check how it fits with true Rt.
