Split states between main part, general addons, hpc addons and workstations addons #14

To prevent Banquise being saturated with addons (workstation users don't need HPC addons, etc), addons will be separated into specific repositories.

Each addon will be shipped with a readme file to help with it's usage/requirements/setup.
