Had to move the new fields below inorder for upgrade to be doable (because otherwise the new fields would overwrite pre-existing storage slots on the contract).
This also commits the metadata for upgrades which allows hardhat to figure out if we can compatibly upgrade from one ABI to a future ABI of the contract (e.g. upgrade).
