I have all the info of the transaction from KuCoin.
Are you connected to a remote node? If so try switching it to another one in the settings and wait for the wallet to sync
Here is what it shows. Obviously, three are green, two red. I can only assume the reds have errors. Can’t edit them. There is a way to add a node but no idea what to add.
I’ve bought about 10 different cryptos and have used several different wallets but this is complicated!!
I appreciate any help you can give.

Hey Dawn, if you tap on any of the green nodes then it will switch the wallet to using them instead. After switching just re-open the app and wait for the wallet to sync
Hi, I tried all three green nodes. I clicked on one. Let it reset. Turned off the app, reopened it but no change in the result. I did this for all three green nodes. Still the account is just zeros. My original transaction with KuCoin, I simply copied and pasted my Loki wallet address. I also went back to look at the KuCoin transfr and the correct wallet address was used. Thank you for helping. You are my only hope. I will continue to try the green nodes and hope for an app update. Luckily, I always do a small amount first but I would like to buy more Loki. I will wait until I have more confidence. Any other fix you have, please let me know. Dawn Vincent 305-849-1176

Hey Dawn,
Can you give our desktop wallet a try? It can be downloaded here: https://github.com/loki-project/loki-electron-gui-wallet/releases/tag/v1.4.4
Once you have it downloaded, open it up and select remote node and you can either select one from there or try use these:
address: public.loki.foundation Port number:22023 (Germany)
address: nodes.hashvault.pro:22023 (FR)
address: node.loki-pool.com Port number: 18081 (AUS)
After that, restore your wallet from seed and make sure the height is 0. You will have to wait until the wallet is synced fully and hopefully you should see your funds and transactions showing up.
Let me know how that goes, if it works then we can try figure out why it's not showing up on your iPhone.
Ok, I will try it.
Thanks,

Hi, I tried the first node. Everything worked fine. Came up with same wallet address as the app but still says 0 Loki.

Make sure your restore height is set at 0.
Good news! The LOKI showed up in my wallet. That's FABULOUS!!! Just FYI - I did switch from the date to the height setting. It was at Zero.I believe I am now on the 'hashvault' node, not sure if it matters or if you were curious which one worked. I'm going to try that node on the app now. Dawn Vincent 305-849-1176

My first time trying this wallet. Never arrived. Please help me find!
