windows with exit enabled has issues #2077

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After launching Lokinet app, it connects to LOKINET (POWER button now with a blue color surounded). The tabs CHART and LOGS show data coming in. Now I press the "CONNECT" button in the lower part of the GUI. I get confirmation there is a connetion when the POWER button is surounded with green color.

After 1:00 min the connetion is shut by itself. Time explanation: When Lokinet is started I immediately start CONNECTION. This takes about 27 sec. Then 60 seconds (1 min) later CONNECTION is shut down.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

To restart CONNECTION it is required that I shut the POWER button and restart POWER button. Only then I can press the CONNECTION button successfully again. If I don't shut the POWER button, the CONNECTION button shows an icon (red circle with a red bar) baring me doing so. I can do this any amount of time and it works.

Device and Operating system (please complete the following information):

AME 21h1. It is based on Windows 10 Pro / Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041 In case you don't know AME windows it is to be mentioned the following. AME stands for Ameliorated windows. They have removed any modules and spying elements from windows. AME was created by gamers and they guaranty that any windows application works without any restrictions. Personally I run AME for over one year and had never any issues.

Here's my logs. What happens is I can connect to Lokinet just fine, but as soon as I switch to VPN mode I lose internet access. lokinet.txt

I'm using 0.9.11 on Windows 10
