[BUG] Cannot Send or Receive any Messages on Pixel 8 Pro #1389

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

It immediately fails to send a message. It doesn't look like it is trying since it spends zero seconds trying to send the message. Every other app on the phone has internet. It also doesn't receive any messages. I checked the permissions and Sessions does have internet.

Expected Behavior

Send and receive messages.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Log in using password phrase 2) Scanning a QR code to start a new conversation. 3) Send a message.

1.17.5

I tested this later own. I have found a general problem with Sessions. When you first try to create an account or even use an existing account; it can fail to send or receive messages for a time period. If you simply leave it logged in for many hours, it eventually fixes itself. It is not just with Pixel 8 Pro but any android device. It doesn't always happen though.
