Current Behavior

Just creating a GitHub ticket so I have number to mark the PR as Fixes against.

Regression test issues are:

1.1 ("Call screen not appearing"), and
1.7 ("No preview for video message")

Expected Behavior

Call screen appears & video files show previews on sending devices.
