Feature idea: More options to attach image: data URI (base64), image bitmap selection, text hyperlink to image

Hello,

it is very good that user is allowed to drag & drop image from a web browser, file manager or copying image content via editor.

Possible improvements:

• drag&drop + Ctrl+V the image that is composed on a web page using data URI? https://base64.guru/developers/data-uri
• currently unable to drag & drop web page text hyperlink that links to a image (in this case it has address http://127.0.0.1:43110/a/b/c/d/e/f.jpg)
• i have selected part of a image in XNViewMP and copied to clipboard. I can see that i can paste the selection to a Gimp, but not to the Session. Into session is pasted whole image, not selection.

I can see the appeal of dropping a URL to an image and that image being downloaded and sent to the recipient, i think we could do that if a user had link previews turned on. But i don't think there is much of a use case for accepting b64 encoded images or images which are partially selected as part of XNViewMP
