I am able to send .odt files (Openoffice text files) using Session to someone. When I try to send .ods (spreadsheet) files it just sits there in a white box. Also if I try to send a text message after trying to send the spreadsheet, nothing goes through unless I delete/click on the x on the "sent" .ods file. Only then can I send new messages.

I am using Devuan Linux (Chimaera version) with the latest update, x64. I am using Session version 1.10.7 packaged as a appimage.

I converted the file to .xls and it sends. I then tried to resend the .ods, and it still does not send.

Hello.

BUG: I am having perhaps "some sort of related regression" on the latest update? I have not had this problem after all the updates I installed for Session since my earlier bug report. I am now on Session version 1.11.3

My operating system is the same (virtual machine), with updates.

I just received an .odt text file to download. I click on it to download, and the folder to "save" pops up, and when I click "save" it goes away as normal. However the file is not there when I look for it. I tried this many times.

I have uploaded the Session bug log.

Thanks for all your work.

.... Later I asked the sender to convert the last above noted problematic .odt file to a .docx, and resend the file. I received it and this .odt actually downloaded, so did the .docx. Then they sent another separate file put into in both formats (.odt and .docx), and these also both downloaded. I have not updated Session since having problems with the last .odt file as noted a few days ago.

I am not sure if this can help, but I will upload my current debug log from Session. session_debug_1696475261723.txt
