Current Behavior

When attaching an animated gif, the Session doesn't let you send the message. 2024-01-12_00-45

Expected Behavior

Attach an animated gif image that will be sent with a still preview.

Steps To Reproduce

Attach an animated gif to a message. Attempt to send it.

1.11.5 (Flathub)
