[BUG] Sync Issue between Android App & macOS

Current Behavior

Testing the app, I noticed there's a sync issue on cross platform use... P.S: No issue detected between Macbook and iPhone.

If you have a session on Android device, join communities and make conversations with people, the changes are not reflected on the MacBook desktop app and no way to sync..

Expected Behavior

If you use the same account keys, it should be synced without any issue regardless of the device you use... Expected behavior: An auto sync feature or a simple sync button to fix the issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Start session on both MacBook and Android. 2) Join some communities from android device 3) You won't see the communities you joined from android, on Mac

Not sure if it happens in private conversations since I couldn't find anyone yet to chat.
If you join communities form Macbook, it syncs with Android, it just doesn't sync viceversa...

v1.12.3

macOS: 14.5 Desktop App version: 1.12.3 Android App version: 1.18.3 (Downloaded from Playstore) Android Device version: 13

@goktugerol-dev Can you upgrade to v.1.12.4. It should resolve the issue 🙏

Closing for now, can reopen if this remains and issue, however as @yougotwill said, this should be fixed in the latest desktop release https://github.com/oxen-io/session-desktop/releases/tag/v1.12.4
