Add outdated whitepaper information #13

I've seen many users concerned about the discrepancies between the contents of the whitepaper and what has been told to them via the FAQ or in Session groups. This PR aims to reduce confusion by clarifying that the whitepaper is out of date. I think it can be very beneficial to the end users. Let me know if anything needs to be changed.

We're currently working on updating the whitepaper to reflect the current state of Session, don't have any exact dates but should resolve this issue

Yes, updating the whitepaper is the true solution. But in the meantime, I think it's important to avoid all confusions with this disclaimer. Once the new version is out, it can be removed very easily by un-doing what I've committed.
