Yeah can we revert this, no reason why it should have been removed, since the link hits the website correctly here https://optf.ngo/transparency/
I'm assuming at the time the transparency report was down, so we just removed this as a dead link?

internal misunderstanding then?

Yes
This commit has been reverted here https://github.com/oxen-io/session-website/pull/26, the transparency report has been updated and restored on the OPTF website https://optf.ngo/transparency/
follow up:
my understand of what happened is there was some internal talk about how the transparency page on optf.ngo was broken and that links should be "fixed". this seems to been misunderstood internally as "omitted until working again". the transparency page should be working on optf.ngo again and the links to them are restored, as far as i can tell.

can we get a rundown on why we merged this?
