feat: add support for RainbowDelimeters highlight groups #33

Added RainbowDelimeters plugin's highlights groups in lua/night-owl/theme.lua. Colors for the highlights groups are folowing:

RainbowDelimiterRed: fg = red, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterYellow: fg = light_orange, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterBlue: fg = blue, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterOrange: fg = orange, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterGreen: fg = green, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterViolet: fg = magneta, bg = 'NONE'
RainbowDelimiterCyan: fg = cyan2, bg = 'NONE'
