remove filter for diagnosis year in characterisation for demographics/medications/comorbs

Is redundant as we are only looking at overall in the shiny/current analysis

If we stratify by diagnosis year will get small numbers for some databases plus the databases start at different times might be hard to implement getting the same diagnosis year bands so would prefer not to include this and therefore remove this filter from shiny - this ok? @patripedregal @daniprietoalhambra
