Good afternoon Mark,

I hope everything is going well at your side.

The Integration Team has raised a query in regards to the future project that we will start very soon, As an overview, we will be building an interface that will enable Carenotes to feed Staff’s Outlook Calendar with Carenotes Diary Appointments. Basically, this will allow staff to check their Carenotes scheduled appointments by just using the Outlook Calendar.

However, one of the pre-requisite steps that we need to confirm is that what data can we share with Outlook as a calendar invite. At the moment, we believe that we need to include the location and time/date of the appointment but we also think that we need to include the internal Patient ID in the Outlook invite to give the staff an idea about the patient.

In this case, we just want to confirm it with you if this will cause any issues in terms of IG perspective? We would like to know the limitations that we need to be aware of in terms of sending data to Outlook Calendar.
