Copy & test data in Ascribe UAT

• [x] AF – to make a copy of Live into UAT (Mon 1st Feb 21)
• [x] AF – to produce patient registration file in the secure folder (Mon 1st Feb 21)
• [x] FS – produce new patient list csv file and share it with AF in the secure folder (Mon 1st Feb 21)
• [x] AF – load the new patient file into UAT (Tue 2nd Feb 21)
• [x] FS – update existing patient in Ascribe UAT using the HL7 interface (Tue 2nd Feb 21)
• [ ] FS – start the automated messaging (demographic and episodic) on Wed 3rd Feb 21 morning
• [ ] FS – stop the automated messaging on UAT on 11th Feb 21 morning
• [ ] FS – will share with AF the date and time of when the automated process started and ended (11th Feb 21 morning).
• [ ] AF – produce 2 demographic reports (1 for Live and 1 for UAT). The reports include patient registration for all patients (date to be confirmed).
• [ ] AF – produce 2 episodic reports (1 for Live and 1 for UAT). The reports include any patient admitted, transferred or discharged between the dates and times shared by FS on 11th Feb 21 (date to be confirmed). The content of the reports as follow: a. NHSNumber b. Case Number c. Episode Number d. Episode start date e. Episode discharge date f. Ward
• [ ] FS – reconcile the 4 reports to identify any issues with the interface (date to be confirmed).
