Logitech smooth scrolling extension cause scrolling tabs conflict #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate "Scroll mouse wheel on the tab strip to switch tabs"
2. Install "Logitech Setpoint" extension
3. Scroll through tabs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Each time I scroll, the next tab should be visible. Scrolling moves all the way 
to the last tab and will not move.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) 1.0.32/Logitech SetPoint 6.51.8 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems to be an issue when smooth scrolling is enabled. If I disable smooth 
scrolling or the extension then everything returns to normal. Don't  know if it 
can be fixed or not but I hope it can.
