"Open URL in new tab" no longer working #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.type an url or a word in the omni box(adress bar), then press enter
2.it should open in a new tab
3.but it's no longer working

Im using chrome 29 on win7

Entire ChromeToolbox is not available not only that functionality. If you 
remove ChromeToolbox now from your browser you would not be able to put it back 
on, it will be filtered out on webstore. Issue is version of Chrome. I guess in 
ver 29 they decided to stop supporting older plugins.

same problem, i reported it here:

tried reinstalling - no  use. seems that something is not working between 
google chrome engine and this extension.

btw, i was able to delete and re-install ChromeToolbox from the webstore 
yesterday, on August 26th, 2013. it is available.
also - my Google Chrome hasn't updated in the past 2 weeks for sure, so I 
doublt that my issue is related to Chrome stopping the support of the extension.
