Pressing enter in address with URL, the new webpages is NOT openend in a new tab. #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checking / Unchecking the box doesn'nt change the problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 64 bit, Chrome 29.0.1547.62

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem is only existing since the update to Chrome 29.

Same with me. Came back from holidays, seems Chrome has updated (Version 
29.0.1547.57 m), ever since no more new tab when entering address and hitting 
enter.
