What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cause failure of chrome.
2. Run chrome
3. Restore tabs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tabs restored in reverse order.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.32. Win7 x64 SP1.

Please provide any additional information below.
